Welsh rarebit with Lindemans Gueuze

Welsh rarebit from Pajottenland-x1200

Ingredients

 200 g cheddar
 1 bottle Lindemans Gueuze
 1 tbsp butter
 a few sliced of multi-grain bread
 a little English mustard
 8 tsp walnuts
Lindemans Lambic Gueuze

Directions

Grate the cheddar and put it in a saucepan with the Lindemans Geuze and the butter.

Melt over low heat while stirring regularly.

In the meantime spread a little English mustard on the slices of bread.

hop the nuts roughly.

Pour the melted cheddar over the slices of bread and sprinkle the walnuts on top.

Serve immediately with a glass of Lindemans Geuze.
