Tiki dAnvers - Cocktail

Ingredients

 40 ml Elixir d'Anvers
 30 ml white rum
 20 ml fresh lemon juice
 40 ml pineapple juice
 20 ml grenadine
 1 small red pepper
 pomegranate
 vanilla pod
 crushed ice

Directions

Pour 4 cl of Elixir d’Anvers, 30 ml of white rum, 20 ml of fresh lemon juice, 40 ml pineapple juice and 20 ml grenadine in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice. Shake vigorously for 8 seconds. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Strain and serve.

Serve in a punch glass. Finish with pepper, some pomegranate seeds, and a vanilla pod.
