Ingredients

 45 ml Lindemans Clear Gin
 15 ml Lime
 25 ml Horopito Infused Symple Syrup (Home-Made)
 Soda Water
 Splash of Grenadine (Optional)

Directions

Rim the Glass with Kawakawa and Sugar

Put plenty of ice in a tall glass and add the Gin - Syrup and Lime.

Top up with Soda Water and a splash of Grenadine (Optional)

Preparation of the Syrup
150 ml of water, 150 gr of white sugar & 2 Tablespoon of Horopito (dried and crushed)
Boil till it is syrup and strain into a container for cooling
