Sweet pie with Lindemans Gueuze

Ingredients

 1 bottle Lindemans Gueuze
 200 g sugar
 35 g butter cut into cubes
 2 eggs
 1 sheet of short pastry for 1 pie
Lindemans Lambic Gueuze

Directions

Heat your oven on 160°C.

Put the sheet of Short pastry into the pie plate and pierce several times with a fork.

Sieve the sugar over the sheet.

After carefully mixing the eggs with the Gueuze, pour in the pie plate.

Dived the butter cubes onto the pie.

Put into the oven for 35 min.
