Star Of Antwerp

Ingredients
40 ml Elixir d'Anvers
30 ml fresh lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
20 ml sugar syrup
10 ml limoncello
egg white from half of an egg
star anise
ice

Pour 40 ml of Elixir d’Anvers, 30 ml of fresh lemon juice, 20 ml of sugar syrup, 10 ml of Limoncello, and the egg white in a cocktail shaker (without ice!) and shake hard (dry-shake). Add ice in the shaker and shake vigorously again for at least 8 seconds.

Serve in a highball. Finish with a curl of lemon peel and star anise.
