Lindemans Bread

Ingredients

 1 bottle Lindemans Gueuze
 20 g fresh yeast
 500 g flower
 1 tsp salt
Lindemans Lambic Gueuze

Directions

Let the beer settle at room temperature and dissolve the
yeast in it.

Add the flower and the salt and knead well to a pliable
dough.

Cover and leave to rest for 2 hours.

Knead the dough again and put it in a baking tin.

Cover and allow to rise for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Place the bread in the oven together with a small bowl of water.

Bake the bread for 25 minutes, remove it from the bread tin and leave it to cool on a grid.
