Glazed Spareribs with Lindemans Kriek - Exceptional Flavours

Ingredients

 1 bottle Lindemans Kriek
 2 racks of ribs
 4 tbsp tomato paste
 2 crushed garlic cloves
 1 tbsp honey
 salt and pepper
Lindemans Lambic Kriek

Directions

Mix the Lindmans kriek with the tomato paste, honey, salt and pepper to a creamy sauce and combine with the crushed garlic.

Spread the marinade over the racks.

Allow to rest in the fridge for minimum 1 hour.

Preheat the oven at 160°C.

Place the racks on a baking plate and put foil over.
Remove the foil after 1 ½ hour and place shortly under a preheated oven grill to colour.
