Flemish stew with an oriental touch and Lindemans Kriek-x1200

Ingredients

 2 bottles Lindemans Kriek
 800 g lean stewing beef
 3 onions
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 salt and pepper
 4 tbsp butter
 2 tbsp mustard
 1 slice bread
Lindemans Lambic Kriek

Directions

Make a marinade with the Lindemans Kriek, the soy sauce, salt and pepper.

Pour over the stewing beef and allow to marinate for at least 8 hours.

Peel the onions and cut them finely.

Gently fry them in butter in a large saucepan.

Add the stewing meat and the marinade.

Spread the mustard on the slice of bread, cut it into pieces and add it to the meat.

Simmer for at least 1 hour on low heat.

Season with salt and pepper and serve nice and hot.
