Cold Lindemans cough medicine

Ingredients
1 bottle Lindemans Gueuze
5 tbsp dark candy sugar
2 bay leaves

Directions

Pour the Lindemans Geuze into a saucepan and add the sugar and bay leaves.

Bring the beer to a boil and let it cook until the sugar has dissolved.

Let it reduce for a further 5 minutes over low heat.

Let the mixture cool down, remove the bay leaves and store the syrup in a cool, dark place.
